RETURN POLICY


will accept returns on the following conditions:


  • Items must be undamaged, unused and returned with a post mark up to
    7 days from day of delivery.

  • All return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer.

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply on all undamaged unused items.

  • If any visable damage to the exterior of the shipping container is seen please do not accept the shipment. Call our Customer Service immediately to handle your issue.

  • Upon opening your shipment if items appear to be damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance. All damaged items will be handled on a claim-by-claim basis.


All returns must be authorized before return shipping can occur. You will be assigned an (RMA) number by Customer Service for identification. Please write this RMA number directly on the outside of the box.
